Aldrich, “That was an error (Titan Sq). Initially Nancy and I were in the 508 SMS, Sandy and Marcia were in the 509th, and Bev and Lydia were in ERCS 510th. I believe that would fall in the category of “critical error” and “attention to detail would have avoided this error” as any good Missileer would say.”
